HI, I'M TRACY

I created Inspire Leadership Academy because I know what it feels like to move through life carrying doubt, fear, and uncertainty… while knowing deep down you’re meant for more. Through my own journey—and years of helping others—I’ve learned that real transformation doesn’t come from information alone. It comes from awareness, courage, support and intentional action. Inspire Leadership Academy is the space where all of that comes together.

Inspire Leadership Academy provides participants with indispensable leadership skills, experiences and methods for becoming role models and leaders in their own lives, careers and communities.

Wherever leadership opportunities present themselves, whether in roles as employees, team/board members, parents, managers, CEOs, students and/or community members, participants of Inspire Leadership Academy gain confidence in who they are, where they are going, and why they are going there.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What happens if I miss a class?

Is there a way to make up missed information?

It is HIGHLY encouraged that before registering for ILA, prospective participants review the dates for the 5 training modules to confirm their availability and set a priority for attending each training module.  ILA modules build upon one another and although the academy coach and other participants can present information that is presented during the training, ILA is an experiential training program and it is impossible to truly experience the intended level of learning without physically participating.

Where do we stay during the three day training and how are the accommodations paid for?

Participants who travel to either Fairbanks to attend ILA are responsible for securing and paying for their own accommodations. There is, however, a large network of program alumni whom we can connect you with for possible accommodations.  Please contact us directly if you would like to pursue this option.

Can I get my money back if I drop out?

No, participants who drop out from the program will not receive a refund, however, depending on the circumstances,  the participant may be allowed to apply their tuition to a future ILA cohert.

Can I take this class online?

Due to ILA's experiential training methods, this program cannot be taken via remote online learning. However, keep your eye's peeled for some upcoming online resources we will be launching soon!

There are seven of us from my company that want to sign up, is that too many?

We encourage groups of individuals from organizations to participate in ILA.  It has been our experience that when ILA participants work in the same organization, they have the unique opportunity to practice their skills with one another on a daily basis. ILA intentionally limits the number of participants to 22, for peak individual learning.  Please call us directly to check on space availability.  Another possibility is to work with us to create your own personalized Academy.

Are meals provided?

Meals are not provided during ILA. However, most participants bring their own lunches to enjoy quality time connecting with fellow participants.
